- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very dissatisfied by poor customer service. Bought an expensive item there. Did not work when I got it home. Brought it back for a exchange / refund. (next day) They refused and said it was the manufacturer's problem and I would have to deal with the manufacturer. Will have to complain to the appropriate authorities and see if I can get them educated in australian consumer protection law. Only failing companies treat customers so poorly.
